食材:
番薯半斤(300gm)
腰果10顆

調味料:
祥記梅子漿1杯

作法:
1. 番薯削皮切片入電鍋蒸熟,後搗成泥狀。
2. 腰果洗淨放入烤箱烤150度、8分鐘;待涼,壓碎成顆粒狀。
3. 將番薯泥捏成球狀,盛入容器中。
4. 在番薯球上灑上腰果、淋上梅子漿即可。
