材   料:
杏鮑菇4朵、
薑5片、
紅蘿蔔小段、
燈籠椒適量。

調位料:
茶籽油1大匙,
梅子漿2大匙,
黑醬油1茶匙,
花菇鮮素少許。

做   法:
杏鮑菇煎z至金黃色備用,下油入鍋爆薑,
紅蘿蔔,燈籠椒炒香加入杏鮑菇。
將調位料加入悶至收汁。
